- Our products include signage solutions such as name boards, glow sign boards, LED signs, acrylic letters, and other display products.
- Product images are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly in design, finish, or color.
- We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
- We may cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout but may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery is considered complete once the product is handed to the customer or their representative.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
- All signage products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Non-customized products may be delivered within 7 working days.
- Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipping begins. Once in progress, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, design details, and measurements for customized signage.
- Everbright Signage is not liable for mistakes caused by incorrect customer inputs.
- Customers agree not to misuse the website for unlawful purposes.
- All product designs, logos, images, and text on this website are the property of Everbright Signage.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our products or website.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific order.
- Customer data is collected only for order processing and service improvements, in line with our Privacy Policy.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
